    Evidence

    You submit your evidence; it locks on submission.

    Assessment

    Timed technical assessment scored against rubric SS-RUBRIC-2026.1; the pass mark is 85%.

    Independent review

    Assigned reviewers declare conflicts, then evaluate.

    Decision

    A credential is issued only after an independent decision.
