Case studies and pilot results

Real hiring decisions deserve documented outcomes, not invented success stories.

Publication status: awaiting documented results

No employer case studies, testimonials or measured pilot results are published on this page yet. This is not evidence of a completed pilot or a claim about customer numbers. The sample report is fictional and is not a customer outcome.

Genuine employer stories will be published only with supporting records and permission. Customer names, logos and quotations will not be used without approval.

Proposed pilot measurements · not results

What a small pilot should measure

Agree one role or skill, a manageable participant group, a baseline and a reporting window before starting. Record the outcomes below; publish disappointing or inconclusive findings as honestly as positive ones.

Screening time saved

Record employer screening minutes per candidate before and during the pilot for comparable roles. Report the difference and percentage change, including extra time spent reviewing assessment reports.

Publish alongside the result: Baseline and pilot sample sizes, role scope, time-recording method and any differences between cohorts.

Assessment completion rate

Count candidates who complete the agreed assessment out of all candidates invited in the pilot window. Report both counts and the percentage; separately record starts, withdrawals and incomplete assessments.

Publish alongside the result: Invitation dates, completion deadline, eligibility criteria and reasons for non-completion where available.

Reviewer agreement

Compare independently recorded pass/fail decisions before discussion or reconciliation. Report matching decisions out of assessments scored by at least two reviewers, alongside differences in competency scores.

Publish alongside the result: Number of double-reviewed assessments, reviewer count, rubric version and how disagreements were resolved.

Employer satisfaction

Ask participating employer decision-makers the same post-pilot satisfaction question on a 1–5 scale. Report the distribution and average, with responses out of all employers invited to respond.

Publish alongside the result: Exact survey question, response timing, response rate and whether respondents approved any quoted feedback.

Download a blank outcome record

A blank recording sheet, not measured results. Keep personal candidate information out of public reporting.

Publication standard

Evidence, context and limitations together

Each published case study should identify the hiring challenge, assessment scope, pilot dates, participant counts, methods and measured outcomes. Employer quotations must reflect actual feedback and be approved for publication; anonymisation must be stated explicitly.

Small samples, missing responses, cohort differences and potential conflicts of interest belong beside the findings. A pilot does not establish universal time savings, hiring quality or future job performance. Unmeasured outcomes remain unmeasured—not zero, and not estimates presented as facts.

Employer pilot enquiry

Discuss a pilot with your team

Share the role or skill, expected participant numbers, current screening process and preferred timeline. Select “Pilot enquiry” to discuss scope and measurement, or request a demo first.

An enquiry does not start a pilot, guarantee availability or commit you to a purchase. Assessment terms and any publication permissions must be agreed separately.

We use these details only to reply to your request.
