Validation reports

We are validating a small number of high-demand skills first rather than all 150 at once. Each report sets out the competency framework, proficiency levels, practical tasks, scoring rubric, pass threshold and the study that will test it.

No assessment is validated yet. Reliability, reviewer agreement and error rates appear only once at least 30 consenting candidates have been measured — we never publish illustrative figures.
